The Law of Masonic Regularity in the State of UtahHISTORICAL FOUNDATION
On the 25th of January 2005:
A group of Regular Master Masons gathered in due form at Freemasons Arms in Convent Garden, London, England, to discuss the situation in which our most time immemorial, institution has fallen in terms of Masonic light and clarity of purpose. Having said Assembly of Regular Master Masons ended their enlightened gathering they proceed to vote and decided to establish the foundations for the creation of the Masonic High Council the Mother High Council of the World, Ancient and Honourable Fraternity of Free and Accepted Masons, According to the Old Constitutions granted by His Royal Highness Prince Edwin at York A.D.926.
THE ACT OF REGULARITY
The Masonic High Council issued the “Act of Regularity”, giving written communication to the Craft at large that; due to its findings the MHC no longer sees fit to consider institutions such as the “Grand Lodge of Utah” as practicing Regular Craft Freemasonry. It is the stated conclusion of the MHC that the “Grand Lodge of Utah” having deviated so much from the original aim and purposes of Ancient Craft Freemasonry, no longer practises, nor it is regarded by the Masonic High Council as an organization of proper regular Craft Freemasonry.
THE FUTURE
The Masonic High Council the Mother High Council of the World encourages positive and constructive reform of the Craft in the United States of America and throughout the World. For any aspiring Mason, or old Mason wishing to further their knowledge and comprehension of Ancient Regular Craft Freemasonry they should in the first instance write to the Office of the Secretary General of the Masonic High Council the Mother High Council which will place all individual in contact with the nearest Lodge to the place of his residence.
