Whereas, the Most Worshipful Masonic High Council the Mother High Council, being in Grand Assembly on the 25th of January 2005, and later being in special session, on the above date did by resolution, duly ratified, agree with their Grand Officers to go into convention on the aforesaid date, adopt a Grand Lodge Constitution, to establish and consecrate in due form Masonic High Councils and Grand Lodges of Free and Accepted Masons throughout the world, under the style and title of Masonic High Councils and Regular Grand Lodges of Free and Accepted Masons, According to the Old Constitutions granted by His Royal Highness Prince Edwin at York A.D. 926. This being agreed to by the Members of the Masonic High Council the Mother High Council the Grand Assembly proceeded to elect and install on the 5th of March 2005 at London; 21st of April at London; 23rd of June 2005 at London; 29th of September 2005 at London; 16th of September 2006 at London; 4th of November 2006 at Paris; 28th of April 2007 at Florence, Italy; 27th of September 2008 at Slovenia:

Following the successful Grand Assembly of the MHC the Mother High Council of the World meeting in Lima on the 25th of September 2009, and by special nomination of the Secretary General on the 31st of December 2009 we are pleased to announce to all Regular Masonic Jurisdictions of our International Masonic Federation that the following Grand Officers were proposed, seconded and elected by unanimous vote to their respective offices and duties.

Irregular and Unrecognised Grand Lodges

The Masonic High Council The Mother High Council of the World reminds all Members of the Craft that they should take great care before joining any organisation which purports to be Masonic. If in doubt a written enquiry should be made of the Grand Secretary. There are some self-styled Masonic bodies that do not meet these standards, e.g. which do not require a belief in a Supreme Being, or which allow or encourage their members to participate as such in political matters and some of these self-styled Masonic bodies have even become little more than social clubs. These bodies are regarded by The Masonic High Council The Mother High Council of the World as being Masonically irregular and Masonic contact with them should be avoided at all times.
